Liked: Shiva at the front desk was very nice and professional.
Disliked: The second bed in the room , the mattress box was broken and fill through the frame to the ground , sleeping on the bed was very uncomfortable, the room needed more maintenance and details attention.

My stay was uncomfortable.

Liked: The property was conveniently located near shopping, local freeways, restaurants and about a 18 minute drive from the downtown area.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the room I was assigned too. The day of arrival, after a long drive I wanted to relax with a hot shower, and the water was ‘warm.’ I tolerated it because I had evening plans. The next day, as I planned to depart, the shower water was ‘cold’ I was forced to wait 45 minutes to allow the water to get ‘luke warm.’ The like warm water was not ideal, very uncomfortable and unpleasant due to the cold temperatures. The jacuzzi was broken, but the pool was heated. Other occupants were disrespectful, as there were lots of running through the hallways by children very early in the morning, making it difficult to rest peacefully .

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I could not take a shower because the water was cold and the tub was dirty. The sink was clogged. The hot tub was out of order which was my main purpose of booking.
