It was a great place. The staff was very helpful and nice. They made everything as easy as it could be. The room was beautiful. For the price we got it for we could not complain! Overall, this was a good place to stay and if we are ever in the area again we will be staying here!

Liked: The best part was the easy transition from getting the room booked and walking in and it taking little to no time to get checked in. The room was reasonably priced and was very clean and pleasant. Overall, it was a great stay - if I ever come back to this area I will be staying here again.
Disliked: No refrigerator or microwave.

Disliked: This seemed more of a residential facility. Breakfast was not served in full each day with only bread available for toast and no cooked food out. Water was off for 2 days during my stay notice said 9am and yet while in the shower at 7 they decided to start early. Staff didn't really care. Just wasn't a pleasant stay.

Disliked: No hot water, room dirty, hair in shower, toilet lid unclean, sinks trap very dirty.

Disappointed

Liked: Elevators were broken so we had to use the stairs. The water was shut off 9-5 so we had to get up early to shower and eat before 9. We were not offered any discounts for compensation. When i asked about compensation the lady just smiled. Breakfast consisted of bagels, cereal, waffles not eggs or meat. When I asked about hot food the lady said not today.
