The staff needs to show...

Liked: Great bathroom, spacious room.
Disliked: There’s not even water in the room! The staff could benefit from better training to be more friendly. They seem like they don’t want guests in the hotel!

Disliked: black mold, or some other type of growth in the caulking in the bathtub. Bathtub bottom was also discolored and looked old. Time for recaulking or new bathtub

Liked: Great common area we could visit w friends - desk clerk was super kind We had a room w a largish area separate from bed, only one chair in that space though Bed comfy
Disliked: There was a scent in the room that became bothersome - I may be more sensitive to smells. Could not identify and a call to desk didn’t offer a clue ( no plug-in to remove) At checkout was told carpets had been cleaned the week before (always good!) so possible that chemical scent remained. There was no blanket in closet as we got cold in night. But likely just an oversight on the part of housekeeping -
