Very good

Liked: Good front desk experience.
Disliked: The toilet seat needs to be replaced. It is in bad condition and appears dirty.The toilet paper holder is broken and needs to be replaced.

Awful, dirty, smelly

Liked: Breakfast was basic,
Disliked: Had to move rooms smelled of mold, staff switch us to upstairs, smell not quite as bad. Halls and elevators were fifty. Stayed at one a month prior on trip down to nm stayed in Joplin and was beautiful hotel. What a difference
