Unexpected charm & value

Liked: The guy at the front desk was SO nice and friendly. We got in late and left early but after a rough experience having to switch hotels at the last minute, he was a breath of fresh air and it was a relief to receive polite service while checking in.
Disliked: We didn't have any issues or dislikes. Great experience.

Liked: Awful sheets...crunchy/scratchy. Hard pillows. Bad breakfast. Unheated pool, hot tub filled in. Not super clean, friends got stuck in the elevator & fire department had to come.

Just Plain Horrible SMH

Liked: I liked the decorative walls, furniture and decor.I did not like that the pool heater was broken and we didn't find out until we arrived at the hotel. I did not like that I had long loose hair and dog hair on and under the cover of my bed, along with makeup blemishes on the pillow cases. I did not like the green kinetic sand that was on the floor. I did not like that I had to move rooms at 11:30 pm at night bc the room clearly was not clean. I DID NOT LIKE THAT FOR 2 NIGHTS A KIDS SOCCER CLUB (WHITE) WAS ALLOWED TO PLAY (RUN, YELL, KICK BALL AROUND) IN THE HALLWAY ON THE 3RD AND 5TH FLOOR. MEANWHILE THE PARENTS WERE IN THE LOBBY LOUNGE GETTING DRUNK. WHEN MY KIDS (BLACK) JOINED IN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT WAS REPORTED AND THE STAFF CAME AND CONFRONTED ME AND MY KIDS. PLEASE TELL ME HOW I'M SUPPOSE TO FEEL?
