Smells horrible, freezing pool and...

Liked: The staff member, who was not a manager, was very nice. Never saw a manager or was able to speak with one.
Disliked: We had to be relocated due to the smell of marajuana. It was so bad it was burning our eyes and frankly just unbearable. The new room had a broken mirror, no big deal I can deal with that. It was only a short time before we had the same smell, we had 2 friends in 2 other rooms with the same issue. The nice man from the front desk did offer to move us again however, the smell was honestly on all 3 floors we had rooms on between the 3 of us. The man at the front desk came up and sprayed some heavy duty air freshener that did help as long as we kept the door shut, honestly I think we just got used to it. In addition, the pool was colder than an ice bath, this was the primary reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. Very frustrating that we didn't get to enjoy it. Just walking into the door to the pool felt like walking in an walk in freezer. The worst part was waking up the next morning to cockroaches crawling on the dresser near the TV!!! We reported it to the front desk and were told to call Monday morning and speak with the manager and they would issue a refund. I have called 3x today (Monday) the first 2 times I was told the manager was not in yet but would be shortly. The third time I called I was told the manager never showed up and they didn't know what to tell me. I asked if there was another number I could call or someone else I could speak to and I was told "I don't know what to tell you, sorry". Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel!
