Disliked: Door lock was broke, window was broke and half open, chair was broken and most lights did not have light bulbs.

Pleasant

Liked: It was comfortable, friendly, but quiet staff. It could’ve used a bit of cleaning touch ups. Overall, not too bad except, we did plan to swim and their pool was closed for repairs and upgrades they said. It was not marked as pool temporarily unavail so, they should update it on website.
Disliked: Pool was closed

Liked: The location
Disliked: Dirt was swept into piles, dry blood on pillow case, not clean whatsoever

We needed a mobility room....

Disliked: I called to confirm there was a room available, while I was driving towards the hotel. Was told yes, wasn't till I got there was I told the pool was not open, that it was down for Maintenace. That would have been nice to know when I spoke to them the first time. Was offer 10% off the bill only after I complained, but by that time another guest was also complaining about was way worst issues than mine, so we decided to cancel and go elsewhere.
