Hated the Checkin experience

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: Staff was rude and they did not give me room till 10pm on the Checkin day and they were not even sorry about it.

Liked: I booked well in advance for a 1st floor room because of my dog & it was confirmed. When I got there at 5:15 pm, they weren't sure room was ready & on 3rd floor. No 1st floor available. Outside garbage container full. Thin top sheet on bed. Stairs carpet filthy. Only 1 elevator which handle all guess plus housekeeping. Bed was comfortable, nice room.
