Liked: Location.
Disliked: Location is good, super old, dirty, sticky also they charged my credit card twice and now waiting to get y money back. Of course up to 3 business days.

Disliked: Heater made a terrible racket and rattle all night Did not get the room I booked on booking it was occupied when I got thereMy room smelled like curry and weed The elevator was broken so not only did I not get an accessible room I had to haul my bags up stairs Beyond the heaters racket my room was near or next to a bar or club or something because there was also music blaring all night....

Disliked: Bed bugs, torn sheets, holes in the carpet and counter - HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?

The lack of snow removal...

Liked: Did not have breakfast. Location is good for me but exiting hotel is confusing.
Disliked: Temp was low 40’s and there was snow/slush/water/ice in parking lot. Lousy , if any, snow removal. No excuse for this; none. No other buildings nearby where I went had it. Very aggravating.
