The staff at the Tinley Park La Quinta are some of the best staff I've dealt with in a long time at a hotel.

Liked: The whole hotel was great; the staff were so friendly and awesome.

Liked: Room was comfortable. Staff was very professional and customer ready with services. Breakfast was a little lacking as they ran out of some condiments and items. They put eggs out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Disliked: Just ensuring that the breakfast items were being monitored and putting out items for the guests.

Disliked: Upon check-in, I waited 10 minutes for someone to approach the desk. When we got in our room, the window was wide open, and there were bugs on the ceiling. The bed was uncomfortable, and sunkin-in. The hot tub was closed, and that was disappointing. As well, in the pool room, the pipes were dripping everywhere on the deck. You couldn't even sit at a table without water dripping on your head, or your belongings. My Daughter and I didn't sleep at all, due to loud guests down the hall, that we're having a party, and constantly slamming doors. The breakfast was lame. My raisin toast fell apart in the toaster; it seemed old. Lastly, my remote turned the TV on, and changed channels, but the volume didn't work. This was by far the worst $100 I've ever spent, and, we'll NEVER be back!! I actually want a complete refund!!!!!!

Liked: We had free parking and was on the first floor
Disliked: The room was incorrect , we were place directly next to the laundry room where they had work being done so it was loud noise each morning at 8 am. The hot tub was closed and the breakfast was overwhelmingly gross. The man we checked in with didn’t know anything and gave out multiple wrong room just while standing in the lobby.
