La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chicago Tinley Park, Tinley Park

The staff at the Tinley Park La Quinta are some of the best staff I've dealt with in a long time at a hotel.

Liked: The whole hotel was great; the staff were so friendly and awesome.
Disliked: None.

Very nice room; very quiet; friendly staff; easy to get to venue.

Liked: Clean room; very quiet; friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevator broke.

Great location for a concert; easy cab access; walking distance to places to eat.

Liked: Great pool; nice staff - very helpful!
Disliked: Rooms were not as clean as I would like but not bad.

The stay was pleasant and...

Liked: The breakfast was great.The only problem was the lamp light bulbs needed to be replaced because the lights weren’t working properly.
Disliked: Check the bulbs often for replacement bulbs

Liked: I found the staff at the front desk is extremely friendly she had all my paperwork ready for me when I came in the location was nice quiet and very peaceful my stay was extremely excellent!!!!

Liked: Room had a bad smell in it and wasn’t very clean. The water did not get hot and I had to take a cold shower when it was freezing. I asked the front desk to take care of that but they just moved me to a different room which had the same issues.

Disliked: Hot water wasn’t available. The corridors didn’t smell good. Air conditioning unit was very loud.

Disappointed overall

Disliked: Very hard beds, the bedding and towels had A Lot of stains and felt rough, Yikes! The bed pillows are too soft and have no support. The bathroom shower water was lukewarm at best and the floors need a deep cleaning!

Not very inviting , staff...

Liked: No meat , basic breakfast meal
Disliked: We spent two days without any hot water in our room . That problem needs to be fixed .We also spent two or three days not able to get clean towels for whatever reason . That problem needs to be fixed .The smell of weed , skunk all through the no smoking building !
