The staff at the Tinley Park La Quinta are some of the best staff I've dealt with in a long time at a hotel.

Liked: The whole hotel was great; the staff were so friendly and awesome.
Disliked: None.

Very nice room; very quiet; friendly staff; easy to get to venue.

Liked: Clean room; very quiet; friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevator broke.

Great location for a concert; easy cab access; walking distance to places to eat.

Liked: Great pool; nice staff - very helpful!
Disliked: Rooms were not as clean as I would like but not bad.

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. It had a dip in the middle and my chair foot lift was broken.

Disliked: I didn’t like How not clean things were the window blind was broken and fell down the heating u it had wires sticking out of it

Disliked: The windows were broken you could not close them. The walls and floor is very thin you can hear everything (floor and walls)

For the price, you could...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and there were several pillows with varying levels of soft/squishy. It was nice to have a choice. This was the best part of the stay.
Disliked: The thick smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways was the worst part of the stay, and an odd amount of smoking and loitering in the parking lot. I kind of had the impression that something shady was going on in this hotel due to the parking lot activity and all the angry door banging on neighboring rooms during the night. Bedding had stains. It's a bold move to go with white if you aren't going to keep it clean! The hot tub was out of commission which was one thing I was looking forward to. The pool area needed a lot of tending to.
