Liked: Everything, room very clean, staff super nice and helpful, great breakfast. Will definitely stay there again

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast option and food were great!
Disliked: The pool was overpacked the day i stayed, i felt super uncomfortable with too many people!!The hot tub was packed with underage children who were diving in the hot tub numerous times, another parent went to inform the front desk but nothing was done so my family left the pool.

Liked: Pool area was nice and breakfast in the morning. Hotel staff gave us a discount for our inconveniences and were very respectful.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms because we had a broken window. We were not informed of a $100 room fee hold, so our credit card was charged double.
