Friendly and capable staff greeted...

Liked: Reception, bathroom amenities, room temp/heating were all fine.
Disliked: TV out-of-order, phone not working (until we found disconnect), discovered that room to which we were offered keys for moving into had in fact been booked and was occupied. Little to no decent exercise space for pet dog that accompanied us. Completely open (no password) Wi-Fi puts all guests at risk for breaches.

The stay was just okay...

Liked: The room was clean. I got a parking spot close to my room and on the ground level. The breakfast was adequate, but I do wish that Stevia was an option for sweetening tea/coffee.
Disliked: I did not like the fact the heater in the room was emitting a strange odor, which I reported upon checkout. I did not like the fact I could not open the window more than a couple of inches. I did not like the fact my room faced a busy highway and railroad tracks, both of which did not calm down during the night. I did not like the fact another guest's dog was barking for close to half an hour or more at a time I was trying sleep.
