Liked: Staff was very nice, breakfast was nice. Bed was very comfy. Very quiet even though New Year's Eve Fireworks were abundant! We slept through it all!

Friendly and capable staff greeted...

Liked: Reception, bathroom amenities, room temp/heating were all fine.
Disliked: TV out-of-order, phone not working (until we found disconnect), discovered that room to which we were offered keys for moving into had in fact been booked and was occupied. Little to no decent exercise space for pet dog that accompanied us. Completely open (no password) Wi-Fi puts all guests at risk for breaches.
