I will stay again and...
Liked: Location was excellent and the weekend staff were amazing.
Disliked: Even with do not disturb sign out housekeeping was always knocking on my door and then questioned if I was sleeping.

Sleepless and lackluster.
Disliked: Weren’t told at check in that the pool was closed, which is specifically why I booked this room. Our room was placed very near water damage renovation going on, there were roaches in the bathroom, the shower was dirty as well. Our neighbors kept me up allllll night long, and no one responded the texts I sent. (Which is how we were told to communicate for needs)

Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: The location didn't seem as safe as I would have preferred. The hallway ceiling had plastic in a section of the 1st floor hallway. Needs a remodel

Disliked: The room although partially upgraded. Needs to be painted, towels had hair on them and the couch was heavily stained.

Liked: Breakfast was nice. Location was convenient. They waived the pet charge because we’re platinum members.
Disliked: There must have been a tap dancing school in the room above us that kept going until after 1 am. We requested a top floor room anticipating this sort of thing and was told there was a water leak that ruined top floor rooms and no rooms available. I guess they found one for the elephants visiting. When I went to the desk about it, nobody was there.

Underwhelmed
Liked: Helpful check in employee in the night we checked in. However, the others we interacted with the next morning weren't very friendly.
Disliked: The room was in terrible shape. Stained furniture. Dirty bathroom. Bathroom door hangs askew and wouldn't even close. Construction going on in the hallway. We were mislead to believe there would be no continental breakfast in the morning, even though it's one of the reasons we originally booked the hotel online. Our check in card had the breakfast and pool crossed out as if it was unavailable. Therefore, we slept in and prepared to check out and go get breakfast. However, when we came down, there actually had been breakfast, but was closing down within 2 minutes of us discovering they actually did provide it. Very frustrating.
