Disappointing

Liked: Decent hotel
Disliked: Overbooked. Did not have the room I booked. Needed roll in shower. Therefore my handicap family member was unable to shower. Nothing was refunded or done to remedy this. I was very upset and ended up forgetting my wallet in the room. 8 haven't spoken to the hotel manager as of yet about the room. Only to make sure my wallet was there. Still need to make arrangements for hotel to mail my wallet.

Overall it was a decent...

Liked: The breakfast each morning was great
Disliked: My room needed major attention! The bathroom door won’t close all the way. There is mold in the bathtub, paint cracking all over the bathroom. The floor is scratched up in front of the tv.

Wonderful for our adventure.

Liked: Having Gluten and Dairy free items for breakfast was AMAZING! The rooms were clean and the water was hot.
Disliked: The pool had too much chemical you couldn't see your feet in 3ft.

Not worth the price

Liked: Definitely need an upgrade in the rooms . Our flooring was cracked, toilet was almost side ways, scuffs everywhere in the walls. Paint job is horrid where they did touch ups, pool is small, the wash machines weren't working, and also no carts available when checking in so had to carry 6 peoples stuff in. Definitely not worth spending $200 a night.Staff was nice, snacks options were good.

Acceptable stay for last minute...

Liked: The king suite was spacious
Disliked: Our a/c fan wasnt cooling the lounging area and the bedroom was freezing. Only got 3 channels on our tvs. Bathroom was not cleaned good after previous guests.
