My overall stay was very good. I was a little nervous about staying in a room with an outside door. Hotel was unable to accommodate me otherwise. I was the last room facing the highway. With that in mind, getting back later from the theatre my key card would sporadically not function. Luckily it did work that night. Good visit; breakfast satisfactory.

Excellent stay; nice location; very helpful staff. Came down for the Charleston Marathon.

Initial room was unclean. Dirty; urine on commode; dusty. Dogs barking incessantly. Front desk clerk was less than excited to help us out, although eventually she did give us another room. That room reaked of cigarettes but was the only room left for the night. It too was dusty and dirty but at least there no urine on the commode.

Filth rude workers

Disliked: The property was absolutely disgusting. There were rat droppings in our room when we asked the front desk for more towels. They said they couldn’t give us any and the only ones they had were stained. We asked for an extra pillow and they would not give it to us because they said they didn’t have any. They had one worker who supposedly was the only person there and had no way to have me speak to management. The door handles of the bathroom looked like they were from the bottom of the Titanic. Green and rusty.

Liked: Our bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The curtains were falling down, the window seal was broken and it was foggy so you couldn't see out of it. Some of the ceiling tiles were missing so there was a hole there. I won't be returning to this hotel.
