My overall stay was very good. I was a little nervous about staying in a room with an outside door. Hotel was unable to accommodate me otherwise. I was the last room facing the highway. With that in mind, getting back later from the theatre my key card would sporadically not function. Luckily it did work that night. Good visit; breakfast satisfactory.

Liked: Room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Key was not working.

Excellent stay; nice location; very helpful staff. Came down for the Charleston Marathon.

Initial room was unclean. Dirty; urine on commode; dusty. Dogs barking incessantly. Front desk clerk was less than excited to help us out, although eventually she did give us another room. That room reaked of cigarettes but was the only room left for the night. It too was dusty and dirty but at least there no urine on the commode.

Disliked: I rent the room 4:45 am on the day 2/06/25 they leave me to make the check- in 3:00 clock pm afternoon I drive for 14:00 hours because I’m leaving in NJ, I went to go for Charleston for work. I stayed inside on the car 10:00 hours waiting they leave me make the check- inI pay for all day not for a half day . Also on my last day , they told me to leave the hotel 11:00 am .So I'm not happy with this hotel.

Disliked: The mattresses were uncomfortable they made my back hurt. I had to adjust the toilet flapper after every flush to keep the toilet from running all day and night. The room was smaller that advertised on the website and much older looking. The picture on the website looks much better that's why I chose this place. The door didn't seem secure and there was a big opening/crack with light coming through. Housekeeping never serviced our room not even to give us clean towels. Room has a really old mildew smell.

Disliked: Yellow stains on the fixtures in the bathroom, subpar cleaning. Door was broken, metal on metal scraping. Took force to get the door to open.

Disliked: I was told I had a room traveled to sleep there to be told had no room for me after I booked it

Liked: The beds were clean and super comfy, large smart TV, microwave and fridge, great location, and the price was right.
Disliked: The bathroom is in desperate need of renovation -- like surface peeling even on tub. Plus it was pretty filfthy. We found previous guest's hair all over the place. Made us happy the beds were freshly clean.
