Disliked: Couldn’t use the pool too cold. The jacuzzi was so filthy. Look like they never cleaned it and had algae. You had to ask if they can warm up the jacuzzi cause they don’t keep it warm. Took about 10 minutes to get warm. Also the gym was closed for renovations. The room service didn’t clean your room properly every day. We stayed for a week and a half and they probably sweep twice. Talked to other guest and they about said the same thing.

Short but pleasing

Liked: It was very clean overall and the staff were quite nice.
Disliked: The hotel flooded at the entrance because it rained and a huge puddle was created on the main gate so it was hard for cars to go through and no pedestrians could leave the establishment through the main gate. The staff had to open a side door.
