Not a typical LaQuinta in...

Liked: The location is good--right off the Interstate. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean considering the age of the property.
Disliked: This property is NOT what is expected of a La Quinta property. It is VERY old. No elevator, 3 floors--one downstairs half below parking lot, one main floor and one upper--upper and lower floors only accessible via stairs. The furniture has been upgraded but the bathrooms have not been. The breakfast was minimally adequate. I'm shocked that La Quinta would allow their brand to be associated with this property. It did not meet my expectations and I have stayed at a number of very nice La Quinta's in various locations. There is a Best Western Plus across from this property that appears to be more modern. If you need this location I recommend using that one. I've been pleasantly surprised at the one I've stayed at in Wendover, UT.
