Clean and large rooms offering...

Liked: Room was large and comfortable. Location was very convenient to our destination. Dog friendly.
Disliked: Although there didn’t seem to be a lot of customers we were not allowed to checkin until 3pm although we were there at 2:30. Breakfast was limited.

Short staff was very nice

Disliked: The pictures showed a pool but upon arrival there was no pool. A little disappointed.

Disliked: The most professional employee I encountered was a housekeeper who saw us struggling to get past door lock. When she asked is this the room they gave you? Me yes… that lock is broken their no suppose to rent this room, let me go down to front desk for you….when she returned she stated they wanted me to return to lobby, when all I got was a sorry here’s another room key, really…. Why didn’t she bring us the key apologize or even give it to the maid? New room hot, large stains on rug, curtain ripped, just not what I have experienced with Laquita’s in the past. Should have just left.

Won’t be staying again.

Liked: It was near the airport and beds were comfy
Disliked: As much as the shuttle is free, we called to say we were there and they said the shuttle would be there. An hour and 20 minutes goes by and 14 phone calls later which no one answered, we eventually got picked up. Apparently the shuttle had been there but we had sat in the spot for the whole time and the only time it was there was when it picked us up. The staff didn’t apologise and didn’t care. After an 11 hour flight it’s not really good enough.
