Extremely frustrating.
Liked: Location was close. Shuttle from airport. Good value. Safe location.
Disliked: When I was checking in the person in front of me was complaining about no heater. The response was to give him more blankets (no other alternative). Then, when I check in, I am told there are no rooms available. Eventually, the receptionist calls the manager and they figure out that there are some rooms available. While he is there, she is telling the manager about all of the complaints (no heater from above, no hot water from another room, and hair on the mattress in another room). After they find a room for me (210), the front desk hands me a stack of blankets, “just in case.” I go to the room and the bed is half-made with a used napkin on top of it. Go back downstairs and was told we could go on a tour of available rooms (she was trying to be helpful). The first one had dirty towels on bathroom floor. The second one was OK, initially.But, then I realized that the TV and phone did not work (initially thought A/C did not work either, but that was user error). Ultimately, the receptionist comes up and fixes the TV, shows me the correct operation of the A/C, but cannot fix phone. I had a cell phone, of course, but given the experience thought it was safer to have a direct connection to front desk, and also could not receive a wake up call (for my early flight). Then, the iron did not work. The receptionist was quick, however, in replacing that. In between the time checking in, changing rooms and getting everything to work took from about 930pm to almost 11pm.
