Disliked: We have stayed here a few times in the past and have found that since our first stay a few years ago the hotel/breakfast is getting disappointing....facility wasn't as clean, breakfast was disappointing, again compared to when we first stayed!! Room was clean BUT they pulled a bate and switch on my booking.....overall we are disappointed and will not stay again!!!

Disliked: The attitude of the staff the fact that they wanted to charge me full price for a room when the amenities were down and amazingly the pool didn't work even though I've had reservations for over a month when I voiced my opinion I was told I could leave and that my reservation was canceled I got mad very mad ended up going to comfort inn where we were treated like human beings after our damn near 8-hour drive the young inexperienced management staff sucked

Disliked: The king size bed was uncomfortable, felt board in the middle of bed.
