Frustrated

Liked: The pool was closed for maintenance, which was not on their website. I paid extra to check in early , was not told about it on check and it was not on their website. I never saw any maintenance and it was closed the 3 days I was there. My first room the door lock was loudly chirping all day and after multiple requests I was finally moved to another room. The second room the Tv was stuck on a sports channel! New battery in remote didn’t fix it

Disliked: At least leave A BOTTLE OF WATER FOR GUESTS IN THE ROOM INSTEAD OF THEM HAVING TO GO BUY ONE. FOR THE AMOUNT PAID YOU CAN AFFORD TWO BOTTLES OF WATER TO BE GIVEN DURING CHECK IN
