Bad check in, bad sleep,...

Liked: It took forever to check in even though room already paid forKids run up and down hall all nightEven after front desk

Our stay was short but...

Liked: It was quiet, in a convenient area, and the staff was very nice. Tommy at the front desk was wonderful.
Disliked: The bathroom in our room had hair on the floor and on the walls of the shower.

Liked: The front desk clerk was on speaker phone personal call asking me for my card number I didn’t give it, tried to charge me for a room that I had canceled then was giving me a hard time so I left and didn’t stay
