Disliked: The thermostat in the room I had didn't put out heat for me over 71 decrees I'm on blood thinners I was wrapped up a lot I had to run the shower to bring the temperature up

A WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Liked: First of all - I ALREADY SUBMITTED MY REVIEW right after I stayed at this location, but I keep getting emails to do it again and again. It tells me that whoever set the follow ups did as terrible job as the staff at this location!!!. In one sentence - That was the worst hotel experience i've ever had!!!
Disliked: LOOK FOR MY INITIAL REVIE!!!!I am not going spend another minute of my life reviews this shitty hotel/personnel!!And NOONE followed up on my initial review!Just terrible business practice.

Liked: Relatively a new hotel. Very clean. Very nice room. Breakfast was fantastic and complimentary. Staff was professional and friendly.
Disliked: I can't think of a single thing.

Save your money, book elsewhere

Liked: Makeup wipes.
Disliked: After waiting 15 minutes a person in sweats strolls in. Mumbles words I could not distinguish and I had my room key. No wifi info. Then in the room, I could not turn the bathroom light off without turning a main control switch off; where no other light could be on. I had to sleep with it on, the bathroom fan kept waking me up. Most likely the outlet attached to the actual switch in the bathroom which was fried and melted was the cause...Did not have enough towels & washcloths for the number of people booked in the room. The breakfast foods were cheap, and disgusting. The juices were mostly water, barely any color. The breads stale, eggs were dried and mostly gone. It was not busy, I was the only person at the moment.

Good for purpose of stay.

Liked: Could have been more fruit options but overall basic.
Disliked: The pool being open later.
