Liked: Hummm almost nothing , but the room size was Ok
Disliked: Front desk and staff so rude , the floors are very dirty ( they made the room smells like crap ) the food had mold on them ( cereal ) The sofa bed was very tasty thin and hard it was uncomfortable to sleep in Breakfast extremely poor and lady serving was so rude Definitely I will never come back and I dont recommend to stay … it was my worst experience being in a Hotel

Liked: The lady running the breakfast was friendly and very efficient. That is all that was good about this property
Disliked: Upon check in, the beds were so small in our room that we had to rent an additional room. Did not receive a deal on this even though the website I booked on stated queen size beds. The beds were a little bigger than a single! Next we were told housekeeping would not come in until the 3rd day. On the 3rd and 4th days housekeeping did not come. When I asked I was told. Oh sorry I must have forgotten to tell you that you have to request them to come. I cleaned both rooms for all 4 days. The rooms were filthy, the hallway carpet is covered in gross very noticeable stains. We went to use the pool & hot tub. There was a thick layer of dirt at bottom of both. The equipment in the excersize room was broken. We needed the lightbulb in our bathroom changed. The maintenance guy took off the light cover and all this black gunk fell out. He left it all over the bathroom and I had to clean it up. The tub was filthy and there was dust everywhere. I have pictures that I plan on posting if you would like to see them. I would very much like to be reimbursed for cleaning both rooms for the 4 days. Also the laundry room has nothing in it. No machine to buy soap or anything. I was so disappointed as I booked Wyndham based on their reputation for being a clean consistent well kept chain of hotels.
