Liked: The room was comfortable and spaces. The beds were comfortable best sleep I have had for quite awhile.
Disliked: Juice machine wasn't working that morning and I love juice. It's life

The staff was rude

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: My first room… I was charge $50 for ONE TOWEL because of run off hair color that is EASILY washed out. My toilet was broken it had to be fixed. My shower leaked the whole weekend. The elevator was scary, it drops hard and smells of burnt rubber. My second one… it had bedbugs the person staying in that room had to go to the hospital as she is allergic to them. The remote was broken and the tv didn’t work.

The front desk staff was...

Liked: The front desk staff was amazing!
Disliked: There were huge roaches in our bathroom and down the wall by one of our beds. The fridge was full of food from previous people who stayed in the room and it smelled horrible.
