One of the best stays...
Liked: Staff was excellent. Very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

Wont be back
Disliked: Staff was rude, parked in hanicapped parking spaces, (no placards or plates) sleeping on sofa in lobby barefoot, repeatedly knocked on door despite no disturbed on door to get us to leave before 11:00(posted checkout) told me we had to leave before 10:00 so they could clean rooms and that we were the only ones there

Liked: Location was good and bed was comfortable. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Elevator was very slow and the ice maker on the third floor did not work. Breakfast was just barely OK.

Disliked: We were given a room with no warning that carpets had just been cleaned. Their carpet cleaner broke halfway through and the floors were soaked, and it stunk like mildew very badly!!
