My stay was ok but...

Liked: The room space was great. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was great. But I could hear the person above me from midnight up until I left at 8:10am. It literally sounded like someone was getting abused. I literally heard stomping, running back and forth, doors slamming, banging and banging on the door.
Disliked: The fact that I could hear everything going on around me.

Disliked: Stayed in a room with a huge broken window. Called the front desk to let them know and they said it’s fine. Then all night there was fighting banging door slamming absolute horrible restless night. Mentioned this all to front desk no one attempted to fix the issue. They refuse to compensate in any way. Got text messages from the from agent. Asked to speak to higher authority she said they told her to compensate. Still have not received a call from Saqib (name I was given) to correct the situation.
