Liked: The location is great
Disliked: The rooms are very dated. A lot of speckle on the door and walls inside. The morning clerk not very nice.

Liked: Room was clean, bed was decently comfortable - good value
Disliked: Felt dated - They were playing a really awful royalty-free music video in the lobby 24/7, but that wasn’t that bad.

Wonderful staff and clean room

Liked: Extended stay and moved up in room as my room was given to someone or some confusion but was not sure if I could keep room
Disliked: told to put room key on phone and had to download app and use data onto phone and would rather have a card. I selected a double queen for having my mother room with me while in town but she did not want to anyway so I got to keep the upgrade. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me.

Fantastic, felt at home

Liked: The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. They were not only extremely friendly and helpful at check-in, but went above and beyond with everything that was asked of them. Will definitely be staying here again!

Liked: The room was comfortable and spaces. The beds were comfortable best sleep I have had for quite awhile.
Disliked: Juice machine wasn't working that morning and I love juice. It's life

Disliked: My first room… I was charge $50 for ONE TOWEL because of run off hair color that is EASILY washed out. My toilet was broken it had to be fixed. My shower leaked the whole weekend. The elevator was scary, it drops hard and smells of burnt rubber. My second one… it had bedbugs the person staying in that room had to go to the hospital as she is allergic to them. The remote was broken and the tv didn’t work.
