Poor

Liked: The location was okay. The two lady staff were nice and helpful except the male staff. I had an issue with the male charging me and not telling me what the charge was for.
Disliked: Miss communication with parking. How do they charge for parking and it's not guaranteed.If you decide to leave and come back. The spot you paid for is no longer yours. The sheets on the bed had hair and spots on the sheet.

Liked: Room that’s terrible for the price I paid.
Disliked: Room was terrible and the cleaners was poor. The little bottle they had shampoo was empty..

Liked: Liked the location and comfortable bed
Disliked: The breakfast was poor quality and very limited selection. Coffee but no tea. No oatmeal. Lumpy eggs. Pork sausage but I don’t eat pork. Diluted apple juice on the machine.The room wasn’t properly clean. The desktops of the desk and nightstands were covered with a layer of filth. We wiped them out ourselves and our wipes were completely dirty after this.After the checkout, we needed to use a bathroom on the first floor before the three hour drive and were plainly denied by the front staff. The first floor bathroom next to the breakfast room had a code lock and the front desk man didn’t want to let us use it. Outrages. No hospitality. And this is after we paid over $300 per night for three nights.

not value for money

Liked: Does not worth that much. Once you pay that much you except some facilities and good breakfast. It was almost like a motel with five times more expensive.
Disliked: very poor breakfasttoo expensive and not value for moneyonly one lift is available and need to wait a long time to go up to room or come down to lobby

No bumps, very easy

Liked: Nice front desk worker, hot water was quick to warm up, bed was comfortable
Disliked: Had some problems working the TV, breakfast was a bit cramped but not surprising keeping in mind the size of the location

Liked: the hotel was clean and nice. the bed comfortable.
Disliked: the breakfast room small n crowded. the first night I was in a room right by breakfast room n was so loud. but they did move us when requested. the hotel is a lil far out from Manhattan also. but good value just long train ride to tourist areas.

I would not recommend this...
