A very pleasant stay that...

Liked: It’s hard to find hotel accommodations in small towns so I was grateful to find it. The room was clean and comfortable, I always appreciate having a frig and microwave, and the check in was easy.
Disliked: A couple of issues need fixing:The microwave was missing the plate on the turnstile - a small thing but made heating up my cup of coffee a little tricky;- the bathroom was fine but the bathtub was slippery when I first stepped in; made me concerned for an older guest who could easily slip and fall- the light in the women’s bathroom in the first floor hallway (near the gym) is like a strobe light

The property manager told us...

Liked: How cheap it was and the location of the property.
Disliked: It was dirty and had hair on the bed in every room they switched us too.

Liked: Location was nice. Traveled for a family wedding.
Disliked: I booked 2 suites, one for me and one for my son. My son arrived first and checked in with no problem. I arrived an hour later and when I went to check in the lady at the desk informed me that I didn't have a room. I had completed the online check-in. Showed her my confirmation and she informed me that they didn't have another suite but they could put me in the last room she had. It did have a pullout couch so we all had a bed but I had booked a suite for a reason and the room rate increased by $3. It was only $3 but it was the principal of the matter. The poor girl behind the counter was obviously having a bad day.
