Disliked: The female employee that checked me out barely acknowledged my existence...this is extremely rude and unwelcoming!!!

Liked: The gentleman at the desk was very nice, what when I told him our room stunk he did not take me serious, we had checked in late, so the next morning when we woke up, our sinuses were a mess our breathing affected, and the bathroom was full of mold. We have pictures we have sent to Booking.com. This is my second attempt to contact the property.
Disliked: Mold all in the bathroom, shower and on the ceiling

Liked: We’ve have stayed before and was quite pleased with how everything was , rooms clean , friendly staff, breakfast good !

Not worth and sadly will...

Liked: Location was ideal, outward appearance was nice, price was ok
Disliked: Infested with cockroaches, needs to be renovated, I will say outwardly clean I cannot say for sure. Unfortunately I didn’t stay the night I took my bag and left after just setting it down and seeing extra guests. I hadn’t even undressed to turn in for the night. I’m allergic to these little basturds and instead of staying I drove 6 hours home that same night and cut the stay early. Property staff was informed but no accommodations or anything beyond a sorry was stated. I was directed to answer this email and that’s it. I usually don’t care too much about anything besides a bed and cleanliness. But I draw the line at sleeping with critters, I pay good money to avoid that. I usually don’t write any bad reviews unless it’s absolutely something out of ordinary, I will be back in the area often and will be looking elsewhere the next go.
