Great for a short stay

Liked: Brand new and clean. Full bottles in the big shower of shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Disliked: The bed wasn't as comfortable as other hotels but it wasn't horrible.

Disliked: We drove up for a business trip which was cut short. We live in Florida - we had to leave a day early to board up our home due to Hurricane Milton headed to St Petersburg Fl. Due to the storm direction changing we had to leave immediately. We asked the front desk if she could allow us to cancel and not charge us for the last night due to the circumstances . Her response was no, my director is in town. She charged us for the full stay. We left your hotel and drove south. Boarded our house. We then spent the next 11 days in a hotel because our home was damaged. The prices were double than what I paid previously at your hotel. I have stayed there numerous times. I will not be back. Price gouged the nightly rate - and would not accommodate my cancellation knowing a deadly hurricane was approaching- very disappointing and heartless.
