DO NOT BOOK - we arrived at 4:30pm (1.5 hours after checkin time) and there were roughly 25 people waiting in line to check-in. There were another 15 people sitting in the lobby (some since 1:45pm). None of the rooms were ready. Every person was told it would be 30 minutes before their room was ready. By the time we got to the desk we were told our room was not ready so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Reading other reviews on Facebook, this seems to be a pattern so I wouldn't call this an isolated event. Poor service, planning, management.

Liked: Not one thing - DO NOT BOOK HERE (best part was cancelling the room).
Disliked: Waiting in line for check-in was 45 minutes long.

Disliked: When we got there, hours after check in, housekeeping was still in our room cleaning the bathroom completely barefoot. Bare feet on the bathroom floor. That’s weird, right? The next morning, around 9:30 they woke us up asking when we thought we were going to leave. Checkout is at 12. Around 10:30 housekeeping entered our room while we were trying to shower. I had to remind them again that checkout was at 12 as they were standing in our room without permission. She said she just thought we might want to leave early.

Liked: The hotel was nice, clean, and convenient to where we were going.
Disliked: The room above us stomped and was loud all night!! Also, the breakfast was lacking but everything else about the hotel was good!

Liked: The location was good for the area. It was easy to get to the location as well.
Disliked: The breakfast selection and quantity of it was bare minimum. We ate a packaged muffin due to no warm food available.
