Loved the stay

Liked: Right when we walked in we could smell it was clean. Our check in lady was incredibly kind. During breakfast our toddler spilt and a young lady helped clean it up without making a nasty face or having an attitude about it. Those simple things made a huge difference for us.
Disliked: Clean, my room cards worked well, bed made perfectly, most of all kind staff

Liked: Breakfast was good with decent eggs, bacon and sausages and good waffles. Food was well stocked and area was clean. The breakfast staff was helpful and friendly-- watched several interaction with kids that were very good by the young man.
Disliked: The shower faucet value in our room leaked and had a constant drip that took numerous towels to clean up. This continued for our entire stay, not staffs' fault, but obviously been that way for some time: ie poor management and ownership in priority. Also the bathroom sink did not drain well, taking long time to slowly allow water out. While eating breakfast I personally watched several light fixtures blinking with with wiring issues that seemed to either warm or disappear. That concerned me and indicated more poor quality workmanship or materials in construction or maintenance.Hot tub was likely over temperature, but no way to tell as the was no thermometer and had been in use for the evening, but remained very warm, Desk staff spent great deal of time outside away from desk- they were vaping outside when we arrived. Simply supplied a towel when told about facet, obviously dealt with situation previously -- reflects on management and ownership.

Liked: The front desk clerk was very friendly, which is always important when you have traveled all day!
Disliked: We ate the free breakfast before we left at 6:30 am. The hot items like the eggs and potatoes were only lukewarm.
