Good stay for value price

Liked: Rooms/bathub clean, location was great...value w breakfast included....great deal!
Disliked: 2nd front desk attendant was not pleasant....the first @11/12pm was great and helpfull... but when I returned@2 for my early check in, the lady was rude, not helpful when she couldn't find my reservation and charged me a fee that was later reimbursed @checkout with help from the inniatial, more helpful attendant. Didn't feel very private with lots of noise from the ice machine, kids running/yelling in hallways, and doors closing loudly.Feel as if the adjustable air units and/or bathroom fans in ALL/most hotel rooms need better maintenance and cleaned more often... With how much use they get, filters, fan blades, and thermostats are always dirty, noisy, and inaccurate w/tempetures and settings.Waffle iron @breakfast didn't have instructions, utensils for retrieving waffle,the rhe non-stick spray was empty, and there were no cups for filling/pouring batter. Other than those minor complaints, stay was great!!!
