Awesome place to stay so...

Comfortable quiet night. VERY close...

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room was very cold when we got to it but I understand. Why heat a room no one is in.

Good price, comfortable room with...

Liked: Convenient location. Hot breakfast. Reasonable rate. Comfortable room. Free parking and WiFi.
Disliked: Noisy upstairs neighbors (unsupervised children playing loudly after midnight). But a phone call to front desk resulted in the problem being addressed promptly. And our request to change rooms in the morning was fulfilled quickly. Our new room was wonderful and quiet for the remainder of our stay. Would prefer weekday breakfast hours to last until 10 am like weekends.

Older hotel, needs some updates;...

Liked: Bed slightly firm, slept very well. Comfortable bedding as well. Room was very noisy, as could hear the rooms on each side and foot steps from the room above us. The breakfast for good for a continental breakfast. They brought out more food, even though it was supposed to close at 9am, for my kids and other guest that got there late that were still hungry. Kids loved the pool, especially being open 24 hours. Not sure where the pool towels were, kids used the towels from the room.
Disliked: The furnace in the room was malfunctioning. It would not regulate the temperature. It was blowing either very hot air or cold air, and would not shut off. Had to unplug from wall to get the furnace to turn off and open the windows to regulate the temperature in the room with the very hot air blowing. It is winter here. When we checked in I found it unplugged and the room cold. I just thought a maid unplugged it to vacuum, it was unplugged to turn it off I discovered. Front desk took note of it when told but was not offered any compensation for the $180 room malfunction.
