Liked: The young man working the front desk was kind and professional. Tried to accommodate but in the end refunded our nights stay. Very apologetic. He was the best part of our short experience.
Disliked: Dirty, stained beds/covers, yellow pillows and dirty room.

Liked: The lobby was great. The room was very nice. The breakfast area and the selection for breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Our keys did not work at first. Then when they did work the itsy bitsy arrow on the card was very hard to see . Our bathroom sink did not drain well. Not pleasant. We needed a plunger and at first the front desk was going to make us go down to get it, finally told them they needed to get housekeeping to bring it to us. So all in all the plumbing was not working well.
