Liked: So comfortable, front desk staff is so lovely and welcoming. Clean rooms, great beds, no noise for us. Breakfast was delicious, so many options.
Disliked: No complaints.

I would stay again next...

Liked: It began with a great check-in Lilliana at the desk was amazing. She was very pleasant and fast. Once I received my key card I went to my room and unpacked. I normally travel with a room fan that I need to sleep and I wasn’t able to pack it. I was going to just go buy a fan but stopped at the desk and asked Lilliana if the hotel had one I could use. She ran to the basement and found one, since I was already prepared to head out and meet family she took it to my room. It made a big difference in how I slept during my stay. The breakfast was what was expected. The biscuits and gravy was really good and unexpected. The room was clean and comfortable. The second night I met with my family if 12 that I hadn’t seen in a while and had dinner at a restaurant. We wanted to take family pictures and the restaurant was too small so I had asked Sandy another check-in person if we could use the lobby. We got some great family pictures. The only thing I would have liked is a in room safe.
Disliked: I would have liked an in room safe. I had to carry my valuables with me everywhere I went. I never travel with much other than cash a a few pieces of jewelry but normally don’t like to carry them with me all day long.
