Disliked: They gave us the wrong room even after before checking in we confirmed with the front desk that was in fact the room we had booked and did nothing to fix their mistake or make it right.Sobwe payed way to much for a nothing special room and was very disappointed in their customer service.Wohkdnt even refund us after just opening the door n finding out it wasn't what we thought we had.

Liked: Never stayed at the hotel.
Disliked: We were not informed in advance of booking that the pool and hot tub were not open due to renovations. By then it was too late to cancel and the property refused to refund the cancellation fee.

Disliked: Overhead noise every night and morning.Children running up and down the halls early and late were disrupting.
