Please do not stay here!!...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Our first room was dirty. The floor was filthy, stains on the walls and the bedding. Hair all over the bathroom. The hotel is a lot more dated than the pictures look. Out room was extremely noisy. After we complained about excessive and continuous noise from upstairs, they let us move rooms. The hotel staff did not update that the new room was occupied in their system, and then tried to enter our room at 2:30 in the morning. Which was of course startling. After not being able to fall back asleep after the intrusion, I was seeking a refund for all the incidents stated above. The manager was never available to speak to and I had to keep calling. Eventually we reached and agreement but definitely not worth the time or money staying here.

Not having a good experience

Disliked: Low service, TV didn’t work, No shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Manager wasn’t nice and helpful.

Don't stay here

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: This place was having a party in the lounge/check in area when we came to get our room at 3am. There was also zero parking spots. This place was the worst and I still can't receive a refund.

I reserved a room on...

Liked: Room was very nice. Pull out bed was uncomfortable, but I would expect that anywhere. The gentleman working at the desk was very accommodating, and still pleasant in the morning when I left. The breakfast was pretty good, too!
Disliked: There weren't sheets for the pull out bed. (A staff member quickly resolved that for me.)
