DO NOT STAY AT THIS...

Disliked: I called the GM about releasing my $150.52 and have still not heard back from them. It’s been 10 days since I stayed there and I was told it would take 3-5 days. Booking.com has already paid them. I will never stay at this location again.

Liked: Proximity to food and activities.
Disliked: Rooms need to be updated.

Liked: Website and booking.com showed this hotel had an indoor pool and fitness center,,,of which neither did they have. My main reason for booking this property was for the indoor pool. I tried to cancel after one night and go else where but I couldn't find another room any wheres. I should get some money back. I asked front desk about this and they had no answer as to whey website states they have a pool/fitness center. will not stay there again and booking should update the site.

Disliked: The lobby smelt like smoke. There were random people sitting around the lobby, they were not guests of the hotel. Very shady hotel, maybe it’s the area I am not very familiar with.

Disliked: Location - it was loudBath was tiny Sink clogged, told front desk but nothing was ever doneThe heater thermostat was right next to the window so while the rest of the room was boiling, the heater remained on.Desk and chair right next to heater so it blows in your face which is pretty gross, would be better to reposition
