I have never had such a poor experience in all my hotel stays. I stay at hotels an average of 150 nights a year. I paid for a three night stay and stayed only one night, with refusal of a cancelation refund.

Disliked: Bed was worn out. Also plans changed at check in and counter person said they were not able to cancel the next two days stay.

Liked: Breakfast coffee was on point!

Decent but probably wont come...

Liked: Near to the stores and restaurants. Friendly staff!
Disliked: Not entirely clean, nooks and crannys youd find dust and uncleaned especially near the bedside table, back of it were dirty. Bed squeeks when moving (not huge issue) but kinda annoying. Pool and hot tub could use a deep clean scrapping all build up dirts that is noticeable when your in.
