I have never had such a poor experience in all my hotel stays. I stay at hotels an average of 150 nights a year. I paid for a three night stay and stayed only one night, with refusal of a cancelation refund.

Disliked: Bed was worn out. Also plans changed at check in and counter person said they were not able to cancel the next two days stay.

Fully satisfying at $100 price...

Liked: Breakfast facilities clean and inviting. Limited selection mostly as expected at price point. Small selection of fresh fruit (apples and oranges) turning to rot. Dedicated staff person visibly working hard and cheerfully to keep everything stocked.
Disliked: Noisy (on ground floor; noise from neighbors), bathtub was dirty.

Disliked: 9am while my children are sleeping house keeping is banging on the door trying to clear our room. It was way before check out woke everyone up and than acted surprised when I opened the door and showered her the door not disturb. We had a six our drive home and wasn’t able to check in until later in the evening so needless to say it effected our entire day
