I have never had such a poor experience in all my hotel stays. I stay at hotels an average of 150 nights a year. I paid for a three night stay and stayed only one night, with refusal of a cancelation refund.

Disliked: Bed was worn out. Also plans changed at check in and counter person said they were not able to cancel the next two days stay.

Liked: Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, absolutely clean room, wonderful room layout, comfortable bed and the breakfast was a large variety of quality products. The Chef conversed with the guests and you would think you were eating in a 5 star restaurant! Also loved the Dove products in the bathroom. What a wonderful experience we had staying at this location!!
Disliked: Everything was beyond perfect!

Things were gross, but everything...

Liked: Everything was great. I appreciated the Dove soaps.
Disliked: Typically, a eggs every morning I don’t mind eggs from a box, but those were pretty bad
