Liked: The facility was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: There is a large unsightly homeless encampment across the street and many individuals wander the property and parking lot, which is unsettling. The city of Bellingham permits this unfortunate situation, by no fault of the hotel.

Liked: Hotel is in a very central location for everything we needed to do during our stay.The rooms are comfortable, well appointed and well maintained.The staff were friendly and helpful with any requests we had for them.
Disliked: The hot tub was unavailable during our stay.There seems to be a large homeless population nearby and visible from our room. It didn't affect our stay but it was a concern for where we parked our car overnight.

Comfortable room and big breakfast....

Liked: Very spacious room. Had a quiet night in a comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Great breakfast with with a good mix of sweet and savory items. Really liked the fresh biscuits.
Disliked: Whirlpool was broken and only learned about it on arrival. Pool area in general seemed a bit dated. Savory breakfast items were too salty for my taste
