Liked: It was fairly clean and the staff on duty was respectful
Disliked: I stayed at two different locations the first was in northern Washington there was no shampoo or conditioner the second was in central Washington I only had one pillow and one towel

Superb

Liked: Free parking, free breakfast, two large beds, large nice bathroom, a/c, coffee in room, helpful friendly staff, quiet location.

Liked: Very friendly,helpful staff.Nice room. Enjoyed looking over book about Bellingham's restaurants, etc.Availability of coffee/tea/iced water with lemon is a great touch.Breakfast room was very pleasant.
Disliked: Foods offered for breakfast were rather disappointing. I expected more after reading reviews.More fruit or a variety of cheese, breads, cereal toppings would be an improvement. Plastic cutlery and small yogurt tubs add up to a lot of plastic waste.THE YOUNG LADY RUNNING THE BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT, KEEPING EVERYTHING WELL STOCKED - SHE MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME.

Waste of money bugs in...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There were silverfish in the bathroom… I found several of them when I told the staff about it. They didn’t even offer anything any compensation nothing… It’s really also very hard to get into if you’re coming from one side of town because I’m ready and in the middle of the road… Parking is horrible only a couple of handicap spots… And the spots are very small. If you have a larger vehicle it’s harder to maneuver… I put in a room where there was no dogs near me because I didn’t wanna be dealing with noises and things like that… And they put me right next to a room that had two barking dogs all night long small dogs drove me nuts. I was supposed to say three nights. I ended up leaving after the second.. I’ll never stay here again. I don’t recommend anyone.

Liked: Close to shops and malls, very comfy beds, clean inside and out, breakfast an added bonus and being able to check out at 12:00pm was great!
Disliked: Very noisy people next door to us, was talking very very loudly till early hours in the morning. Someone came and was trying to open our door shaking the door handle. Running and being very loud in the hallway. All this was happening after 11:00 pm at night.

Disliked: Didn't like the homeless encampment across the street. Didn't like the entrance with the divided center. So many of the encampment residents crossing the street, had to take extra precautions, other drivers getting upset. Wich I'm sure makes it more difficult as a business.
