Charged in pre-arrival check-in and...

Disliked: Over charged by front desk staff. Management slow to respond to rectify. I have been charged $912.55 for a 2 night stay. On 11/9 paid $393.08 thru pre-arrival check-in port AND was then charged another $519.47 upon arrival at the front desk. On 11/10 notified front desk and was told they could not do anything about it until checkout. I stated, I’m checking out early at 6AM on 11/11. I was told that was too early and they couldn’t do anything until the manager arrives on 11/11 around 9am. Still nothing.

Great Hotel, very clean and...

Liked: Very clean, check in was quick and easy. The bed was really comfortable and plenty of pillows.The room was a good size and you didn't feel closed in.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the TV was not in front of the couch on the wall as pictured. We were there for the Broncos game so we spent the day of the game in the room. The purpose of the King Suite was to have an area to sit around and relax. All in All, it still was great and I could have gotten the King Suite with the entire extra room but that this was as pictured.
