Great hotel, ask for a...
Liked: Could have been a great stay if it wasn't for the room facing the highway and the sound of trucks passing by all night long.The rooms were large and clean, the bed was great, the breakfast was good as well.

Gotta love getting treated like...
Liked: The room itself was lovely, but the staff was straight trash. Should have stayed at the Fairfield, honestly. Now we know for next time.
Disliked: The staff were rude and they literally closed the breakfast early and the proceeded to get mad when I got milk for my cereal. If you are staying in batavia, just spend the extra little bit of money to stay at the Fairfield, it's way nicer inside and out, and the staff aren't rude. We called the to get towels and stuff and the lady was rude, the people in the morning were rude, if I wanted to get treated like crap, I probably wouldn't spend 300 dollars for 2 nights in a hotel to do so.
