Disliked: It wasn’t clean in our room. The bed was harder than concrete. It was bad enough for us to leave earlier than our departure date.

Liked: The staff were friendly, the beds were very very comfortable, and the location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay here again.

Liked: Breakfast was actual food. Not just boxed stuff set out on the counter. Could have had more meat options but it was good. Hotel was nice, bed was comfortable, view was nice. Nice place overall.
Disliked: We were fiercely overcharge & didn't get the money back till after checkout so that left us tight on funds for the stay. We also heard it happening to other customers. Apparently they charge your card UP FRONT for room damages or whatever & don't inform you until you catch it on your bank statement. Also, the pool was cold. I purposefully looked for a place with a pool and then was disappointed in the cold room.

Liked: It was nice & pool was nice. Very close to funeral home. Everyone was nice
Disliked: Didn’t like that they charged me over $700 & my bill was suppose to be $345, so that needed to be fixed. They do not clean ur room or make the beds. I needed towels & told cleaning lady & she said sure no problem, but we didn’t get more towels. Had to take out my own garbage & bathroom was dirty upon arrival
