There should have been something saying that there's a $100 deposit required when checking in even though you fully paid for your room.

Nice clean rooms and enjoyed the free breakfast. The food was warm and tasty! Will stay there again whenever we're in the area.

Liked: Clean room; friendly staff; convenient location for our needs.
Disliked: Ice machine broken on our floor but that's all that was bad!

Disliked: The whole place smelled of cigarettes and weed. I asked for a crib because their website said they had them and when I got there the guy working the desk had no idea what I was talking about my husband had to show him a picture of a crib just for him to tell us he didn’t have any. The chair in our room had some weird substance on it.

Disliked: Large Black stain on carpet next to bed not sure if from shoe as it had pattern or could have been burn from iron we covered with towel as we didn’t know what it was. 3 out of 4 pillows were stiff uncomfortable. Batteries were dead in remote and when I called desk to request replacement batteries I was asked to come to desk to get them. I explained we had just started eating our dinner and couldn’t come anytime soon. They did deliver batteries about 14 min later. Also receptionist at front desk was ok but seemed more interested in her phone. Also at 7:30 am there wasn’t any hot coffee for breakfast. So I ended up going to dunkin donuts to get one one way to our destination View from our room was of pallets and storage containers. Not the best.
