Disliked: The cleaning system it’s sucks, 3 days without cleaning…elevator not working 😡

Liked: Elevators were out o service. Other guest said, that had been the case for at least few days. Staff refused to help with luggage saying no one is available while 4 staff members including receptionists were seen chatting and eating in lobby. I had to drag our heavy luggage upstairs.

La quinta NITEMARE
Disliked: 1st they complained that I had to ck in at 3am cuz I had a problem w super w roachesSo he says he had to charge me 50 Xtra $ or my ck out be at 11am....wanted a $100 deposit n tried to pay cash so I could get money back quickly don't take cash no....which is crazy.They said I had to go thru u to get my 180$ reimbursement for room I really need ASAP

Disliked: The staff were not friendly or helpful. Deliberately lying 🤥 at times. No hairdryer as advertised with the room despite having asked reception staff, who lied repeatedly. I was harassed to check out earlier or get charged despite having selected the extended checkout time
