Liked: the price and location
Disliked: The original room I was placed in, there was no ice bucket, and the air unit didn't work (701), and he originally was going to leave me in that room, until I pushed to be moved to another room. He offered to open the window, and if I needed it closed to call him back to close it. Once in the new room(405), there was only 1 towel in the room, 4 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels. I couldn't get the shower hot; there was a previously used ice bucket in the room, that was filled with water, there is only 1 ice machine in the whole building and on the elevator, someone dropped a chicken leg bone, and it remained there all evening. The juice machine was not working in the morning for breakfast, I checked out at that moment.

Liked: The parking is awful, the neighborhood is beyond questionable. The aquarium in the lobby was full of algae. The elevator and hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed. They used throw pillows instead of standard bed pillows. Our shower didn't work because the knob was rusted and broken off like someone just placed it up there. Trash in the hallway, pee in the elevator. The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. Negative stars if I could rate them that way. I recommend you stop allowing people to book this hotel on your site.

Liked: They gave me the wrong room and they said i had a bunch of noise complaints when i only received 1 and they didnt give me my security deposit back.
