Disliked: Water pressure was low in the room , I was placed on the 7th floor as requested but my Wi-Fi for the TV wasn’t connecting when I called down stairs she was absolutely no help and could care less . People nodding out front running in and out . Just no

Liked: I vacated at the crack of dawn. Couldn’t stay longer
Disliked: I couldn’t cancel, but if I could have, I would have. The entire ambience of the hotel from the moment I entered, made me want to turn around immediately. The systems were down and they could not check me in. I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant and felt unsafe as the locals came and went as they wanted to, took snacks from the pay area and concierge did nothing. They allowed two other parties check in before me although I was there first and when I finally went to the front desk after reminding them that I’ve been sitting there for 45 minutes, they said they weren’t taking cards when they never told me what the issue was with me checking in and that’s when I told them that I had already prepaid through this site. My room smelled like smoke, the people next-door to me were smoking and partying, there were knocks on the door all night, there was blood stains on the lampshade in my room, I felt the need to sleep with all of my belongings in the bed with me because I did not want to take any bugs back home with me and I didn’t even stay long enough to get breakfast. I believe the only reason I fell asleep is because I was so tired but the general eerie feeling of the guests in the hotel the signs everywhere and the ambience of the neighborhood didn’t sit well with me.

Disliked: Night stand was broken. Entry door was broken, had to "lift" the door so the lock could catch. Bathroom had black mold around air vent. Tv had four channels ONLY!!! It appears to be low income housing, arguments and noise all night.
