Disliked: l Wax, on the floor of the room, shower water only worked half way, no mirror in room,had to switch rooms several times ,the 4th floor room had a foul smell that made the room smell ,2nd floor room, had a smell and we stayed in the last room on the 5th floor

It was poor stay

Disliked: First off house keeping nva came to clean my room the entire 3in a half weeks I was there someone entered my room removed something’s but didn’t clean it then one morning I went to work got off they locked my belongings in the room because there system was late showing my payment they nva let me in the room not even to remove my things so I slept in front the hotel in my car with my son the next morning the payment showed up they nva even reimbursed me for that night or gave me&my son half off or nothing so my last night I came back that locked my stuff in there I called to talk to someone they was very much rude and told me I can check out because they running a business they nva gave me my deposit back yet it’s been more then 7 days they try say it was smoking nva u can watch ur cameras my entire stay I sat in my car whenever I wanted to smoke no matter the time of night they treated us bad I chose them because I’m going through a fire relocation and they did us wrong in a time me&my kid was homeless and I think I should receive half of my money back because that wasn’t fair and I did nothing wrong and now me&my son sleeping in my car because all hotels are way to high for the stay so yes I’m willing to take whatever steps to make sure me and my son get reimbursed so thank you hope to here from u soon
