My family was impressed with the hotel. Very nice workers from the front desk to the breakfast person to the maids. Very nice.

Liked: The front desk people were very nice; the maids did a good job; the breakfast was really good. Thank you.
Disliked: The only thing - the TV was very small but everything was excellent.

Bad front desk, no hot...

Liked: I liked the gal who checked me in when I arrived late Friday night. She was friendly, and didn't know an answer to a question about the hot tub, but said she'd inquire.
Disliked: I did not like that we weren't able to use the hot tub especially since that, along with indoor pool was the reason I chose this location. I did not like that the pool was very cold as if not heated at all. I especially did not appreciate the extremely rude behavior of the front desk gal when we checked out Sunday.

Nice Stay

Liked: I loved that this hotel was clean. There is a water / coffee station in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Nice variety for hot or cold breakfast. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes from the Mechanics arena and right a cross the parking lot is Star Bucks, Dennys, Subway. A five minutes walk to the next plaza , there is Panda Express and McDonald's . The staff was nice. Drew checked us in and was helpful and informative.
Disliked: There is no ice maker on the second floor.
