My family was impressed with the hotel. Very nice workers from the front desk to the breakfast person to the maids. Very nice.

Liked: The front desk people were very nice; the maids did a good job; the breakfast was really good. Thank you.
Disliked: The only thing - the TV was very small but everything was excellent.

Great 1 bedroom/separate living room...

Liked: Chose this hotel for its king suite which is a bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area. A bedroom door is necessary when traveling with two little kids and a dog. The bathroom was a jack n Jill, accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. There was plenty of space for all of us. They also provided a pack n play which was saved us from having to haul our own on this 9 hr road trip. The price was right for a quick stopover. Fresh coffee and breakfast also saved us some hassle, though there was also a Starbucks and Dennys next door.
Disliked: Rooms were in close to bad shape. The king bed was decent, but the sofa and sofa bed were raggedy, completely sunken so impossible to sit on. The mattress would not have worked for an adult. Luckily, it was only for my 3 year old. The room air and carpets were musty. The bathroom fan was SO LOUD. Doors separating the bedroom from living area was warped from the moisture and wear and had to be jammed into closing. Refrigerator was barely cool despite being on coldest setting. Pack n play mattress was obviously dirty.

Liked: The hotel was great! We wish all La Quinta inns were as nice. The location was in a safe neighborhood with lots of eateries near by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice surprise. The hotel has nice pet walking area with pickup bags.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.
