Needs complete attention and renovation
Liked: Location to meetings
Disliked: Old, outdated, bed worn out6 inches in middle, 10 minutes for hot water, dirty carpets, needed painting, musty smell.

Overall, very disappointed.
Liked: This was false advertisement under Booking. When I checked in I was informed that since I booked through booking that my room was not the same as the one I picked online. He informed me that I was not gonna get a refrigerator or microwave and that my room was gonna be at the very back. The way how he said and induced the information I felt that it was kind of scary back there so I asked him. Is it scary or something back there? He said no then as we progressed through the check-in, he was like well I’m gonna get you something inside. So at this point, I was very confused. Our room did not come with refrigerator or microwave., it smelled dirty and we found lots of small trashy items from a-previous stated on the floor. My husband even found a wire cutter. Breakfast was not good at all. I found some boiled eggs towards the back of their small fridge at the front lobby but no where to find salt or pepper. Everything else did not looked appetizing. Only offer waffles and a few pastries. Then I got a message from Booking that the check out time was at 10am. So we rushed out and when I came back to the front he said that check out is at 11am. I was also not able to get a physical receipt because he said that since I booked it through Booking that he was not able to print it out for me.
Disliked: The property was old and all the walls damaged but somewhat repaired. Toilet was not flushing well.

Confused
Liked: Location
Disliked: I booked online for my sister and was told I couldn’t do that when we arrived at the motel. I was also told I would be charged an additional $50 for damages. I then went to the room and did an inspection. Took pictures and returned to the office. So the clerk could be aware of the damages. He seemed as if he didn’t have any interest. Yesterday after check out and went into the lobby and reminded them of the prior damages. I am currently waiting for the $50 refund to be returned to my card.
