Liked: Excellent! Very nice hotel. Everyone was very courteous.

Great hotel very close to the concert we attended. I would stay again if rooms were colder. Had two rooms and neither one was cold. Cleanliness was good and staff very friendly.

Liked: ery friendly staff. Extra clean rooms and good breakfast.
Disliked: A/C did not put out cold air so it made for a warm night.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. There were many options to choose from and i liked their coffee bar. In the afternoon they offered a popcorn snack which my son enjoyed and looked forward going to the lobby for. The bed was super comfy. The water in the shower was hot and the pressure was great.

Disliked: I. first room the toilet over flowed, phone did not work so I could call the front desk. we had to move to a defendant room. 2. secant room was lacking in light, TV or cable was poor.3. breakfast, eggs was cold, the orange and apple juice dispenser had not been cleaned and nasty stuff came out when trying to use it, we had to get it serviced before we could use it, no meat " bacon, ham, or sausage " available" breads "raisin bread, bagel was tuf and maybe old.
