Great hotel very close to the concert we attended. I would stay again if rooms were colder. Had two rooms and neither one was cold. Cleanliness was good and staff very friendly.

Liked: ery friendly staff. Extra clean rooms and good breakfast.
Disliked: A/C did not put out cold air so it made for a warm night.

It was okay. Not special,...

Liked: Convenient to 183 and our destination. Breakfast.
Disliked: Door to bathroom doesn’t fit frame well, therefore difficult to close. Most windows in the rooms have broken seals, so very foggy.

Liked: location was great. everything about this hotel is above average. we have stayed in this hotel multiple times and have never had any real issues. it is priced perfectly. will continue to stay here in our trips to cedar park.
Disliked: cannot complain.

I would not reserve a...

Liked: They did not have a bed ready for us until 3 hours after our check-in time.
Disliked: They did not have a bed ready for us until 3 hours after our check-in time & the woman who called to ask me if I still wanted my room 3 hours after I cancelled was rude when I told her no.
