Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Our experience was pretty good. The room was a little expensive but it is Austin and it was a weekend. I would do it again.

Utility stay only.

Liked: Staff was great, motel is seriously dated, mismatched furniture, carpet from the 70’s as well as shower/tub/toilet..thin walls with no insulation, so lots of noise from the outside (busy street with lots of sirens). Misleadingly states “valet” parking, when you are your own “valet” and get to pay a secondary fee to park onsite and carry your own bags .. no elevator available to get to sub-basement 3 where you end up parking . Location was great being a block from the Capitol. Room was clean.
