Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Our experience was pretty good. The room was a little expensive but it is Austin and it was a weekend. I would do it again.

Liked: The place was filthy. The staff was rude. No one seems to know what they’re talking about. One staff member shouted something obscure then walked away without explanation. It’s so disgusting and disorganized. This was the worse stay I have ever had in my entire life. I hope to never have to deal with this chain again. Burning the place down and starting over would have more appeal at this point.

Disliked: Very dirty place. From the parking garage to the hotel room. Disgusting. Very old building, dirty hallways, dirty sheets full of hair from other guests. Hand towel had blood stains. Not clean at all. I am pretty sure they did not change the sheets. Horrible building, falling apart. The parking garage is paid and it feels like a meeting point for druggies. The staff is terribly unpolite, with the exception of the parking valet guy, who was very helpful.

Disliked: Where do I begin? The hotel was in horrible condition. The pictures on the website were very deceiving. The manager was not very hospitable and the rooms were horrible. Very dirty, bugs and trash in room. Bath tub was very dirty. There was nothing to like about my stay here. The one bright spot was the valet guy, very helpful and informative. Will never stay here again!!!
