Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Our experience was pretty good. The room was a little expensive but it is Austin and it was a weekend. I would do it again.

Disliked: Everything. It smelled terrible, everything looked dirty, old and was damaged.

Disliked: Open courtyard parking area was LOUD and all doors lead outside and very bright. Parking was underground and very tight, DO NOT drive a truck! I would never stay there again

Disliked: When I book the room there was nothing mentioned about a pet deposit or pet fee when I got to the hotel they added another $75 to my stay which I didn't appreciate seen as on my dog is a service dog I thought it was very unfair

Disliked: Everything.The floors were nasty, the building and rooms smelled like cigarettes and mold, the sink was full of crap and had a leak, and the expensive parking lot was in horrible shape.

Disliked: First they will charge 45dllrs for parking per night.Then I was charged an extra night because they said i left my luggage on the room after I had left they said they try calling me or contact me but no calls were made or emails were sent. They refuse to refund the money, Breakfast only had cereal and oranges The waffle machine didn't work.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. I did not eat breakfast.
Disliked: The lady that checked me in was not rude, but not nice either. Parking was sketchy and I made sure to keep my head on a swivel as I didn’t exactly feel safe. Room was dirty and gross. Spider on shower wall, candy in the floor stains on walls, ceilings and even spare toilet paper roll.
