I just needed to stay for the night. Nothing spectacular. It was clean, room was nice and decent breakfast. What you would expect from a La Quinta. I would stay again.

Liked: Room was very clean; the workers were all very nice.
Disliked: The food was served until 10am, but we got down stairs to eat at 9.35 and the food was all gone.

Liked: The bed was comfy. Good pillows.
Disliked: The shower was hard to use, there was no toaster at the breakfast area, elevator was scary, keycards didn't work multiple times making me go to front desk, overall not good for the price paid.

A very exciting weekend and...
Liked: The location was convenient, and made for a leisurely trip to the place where I was doing my business for the weekend. The staff was friendly and seemed easy to locate should their services be needed. Parking was always available with plenty of spaces for guests.
Disliked: The maintenance of the building as well as the immediate landscaping around the property especially the pool area was not what I was expecting for such a prominent hotel company & I would be lying if I said I didn’t have several thoughts or urges about canceling my reservation and relocating to a different hotel with clean & inviting accommodations. The elevators were very inconvenient due to their placement in the building, they were not clean or professional looking by any standards. Graffiti and discarded cigarette buds were littered throughout the first floor entrance and some of them on the floor of the elevator. The rooms were not up to the standards of other La Quinta rooms I’ve had throughout the country/state and even within a few hours of this location. Other stays at different locations were very clean and the rooms felt comfortable and inviting to stay in. This location was completely different from what you see and are anticipating your stay to be like after viewing the hotel online. I would suggest this be a Huge wake up call for those in a position to bring forth necessary and appropriate changes as to not lose the trust and allegiance of travelers who have been loyal customers to Wyndham and La Quinta hotels. I of course would like to have a conversation about the things I was exposed to and give you an honest and bold truth opinion from an ordinary person who has plenty of previous experiences with your company’s hospitality locations. Another alarming aspect of my stay was how much of a gap there was under the door to a connected room that could easily become a very troubling situation, it also floods unwanted noise and light from the other room of guest are loud and obnoxious.

Disliked: The cleanliness was just fair . They should atleast clean the rooms every other day not every third day. It is a stretch and also they should vacuum their hallways daily
