My only negative was when we checked in our room was not made up. They had to transfer us to another room that was clean, otherwise we had a good stay.

Disliked: Hot tub was out of order.Hose in the shower can be replaced as it has a hole in it (wheelchair accessible room 206).Garbage was left in one of the drawers under the TV

Disliked: So many things about the property and room was very below average . Pool was not heated as advertised spa was broken . Toilet was broken, dishes were dirty, trash and in kitchen was not taken out when we arrived. Bathroom door handle broken, door handle locked you in the bathroom . Room heaters made loud Noises when turning off. Both Mattresses were lumpy and one mattress you sunk in the middle of the mattress. I left a list with the front desk of 25 items wrong with the room .
