My only negative was when we checked in our room was not made up. They had to transfer us to another room that was clean, otherwise we had a good stay.

Very good

Liked: Staff was very friendly and professional. Location was good for our needs.Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Rooms need to be updated. There were many areas in the bathroom, especially that need some repair.

Quite comfortable and excellent staff.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Coffee and cookies were a treat!
Disliked: Broken shower. Elevator kinda slow. TV reception was intermittent.
