My only negative was when we checked in our room was not made up. They had to transfer us to another room that was clean, otherwise we had a good stay.

Liked: Price and location were good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was generally nice. Breakfast/common areas were clean and in good order. Streaming apps on the TV in the room was a nice feature.
Disliked: Our room smelled very heavily of a smokers room. Not sure if it was actually a smoking room but I do not recall it been designated as a smoking room. Also saw a plaque on the wall claiming it was a "100% smoke free facility" and I do not believe it. The tv was very clunky and found difficult to use. A better universal remote would have helped with that situation as finding regular tv was not simple. The pool was quite dirty but that could have been due to the large amount of families in town for multiple events happening in the area, not sure if thats how the pool and hot tub normally look. Also lacking an ice machine on the first floor is quite annoying

Liked: I can not comment because after being charged full price for room and prepared to pay 75 for deposit/pet deposit they informed me at check in that because my address is within thirty miles of their hotel it’s 250 deposit which I didn’t have on card but did offer to pay cash. Was extremely insulted by the judgmental/uneducated receptionist who couldn’t offer me any help and kept my 215 dollars
Disliked: EVERYTHING

Liked: The breakfast area was well stocked with good choices. The area was well located, clean, nicely arranged with small plants on the tables and adequate seating. The rooms were clean and nicely done. The staff was outstanding when we checked in and during our stay. Excellent cookies.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything

Exceptional

Liked: I like when I come visit my kids and grandkids they are close by. The hotel doesn't get upset when they come visit. Makes us feel comfortable to visit and reconnect. The front desk is awesome. The female is really great in sorry I forgot her name and the older gentleman was very helpful as well. Thank you. This has been our go to.
Disliked: The homeless hanging around is a little sketchy but that's just par four the course in that area. They are good about keeping an eye on vehicles is not that bad.
